Nick Jonas Designs Special Dog Tags

Nick Jonas has been very outspoken about going through life with diabetes. And now the youngest member of Jonas Brothers, who was diagnosed with diabetes three years ago, has created special dog tags in honor of National Diabetes Months.

There are two versions of the dog tag available. The Diabetes tag is for people with diabetes and has the word "diabetes" on the back to show their personal fight against the disease. The Non-Diabetes tag, meanwhile, has a NJ and Bayer Diabetes Care logo on the back to signify their partnership which helps increase awareness of juvenile diabetes.

The silver-plated dog tags also include the Change for the Children Foundation logo and a line from the Jonas Bros' hit song about Nick's diabetes "A Little Bit Longer". Both versions are available on NicksSimpleWins.com for a donation of $5. A portion of the proceeds of each sale will be donated by Bayer Diabetes Care to the Change for the Children Foundation.
