Miley Cyrus may find other little girls who are named after her. Thus, the "Hannah Montana" cutie, who legally changed her birth name to be Miley Ray Cyrus, is reportedly begging parents not to name their daughters Miley.
Miley confesses she loves to have an unusual name. But the 16-year-old girl hates finding the fact that other little Mileys are appearing all over the world. The "7 Things" singer wants the moniker to be unique to her.
"In a lot of ways it is an honor for your name to be put into all those kinds of things but then again its kind of sad," Miley said. The daughter of
Billy Ray Cyrus revealed, "I like being one of the only ones. But I have just moved into a new neighborhood and the girl just three doors down from me is called Miley too. It's spelled differently though. I was so disappointed."
Born Destiny Hope Cyrus, Miley Cyrus had changed her birth name. Her parents filed the documents in Los Angeles County Superior on March 14, requesting to change the actress' name to be Miley Ray Cyrus. The document reportedly also indicated the reason for the name change.
Miley has been commonly known as Miley Cyrus since she was child. The Disney darling confessed her first name Miley was originally given by her dad because she smiled much when she was baby. To complete her full name, she added the middle name of her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.
