Pop star Britney Spears will turn 27 years old on Tuesday, December 2, 2008. But the "Gimme More" songstress got an early 27th birthday party in a British nightclub on Saturday, November 29.
Britney was serenaded with "Happy Birthday" in the VIP balcony of the club G-A-Y. The mother-of-two also blew out the candles on a cake decorated to look like the cover of her new album "Circus".
The early 27th birthday bash was held after the ex-wife of Kevin Federline performed her song "Womanizer" on the popular British TV show, "The X Factor". After her appearance on the show, Britney decided to drop by the British nightclub to celebrate her birthday and hang out with friends.
The "Toxic" singer is also scheduled to return to the United States for an appearance on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, December 2, her actual birthday. "The whole year has been a hell of a year for me," Britney tells Glamour. "I have been working so hard on my album, but I didn't know exactly where I stood with everyone. When I received the awards [at the Video Music Awards] and [the audience] stood for me, it showed me how much love is out there."
