Kate Beckinsale was spotted walking hand-in-hand with a mystery guy after the screening event of "Nothing But the Truth".

Kate Beckinsale has thrown fire to her marriage with Len Wiseman as she was caught walking down the street with a man. When the star left a screening event of her movie "Nothing But the Truth", she was spotted walking hand-in-hand with him.

Moreover, the man is also captured placing his arm around her waist when he helped her into a car. After the event taking place in Washington DC on November 13, the two were reportedly making their way to a hotel.

There hasn't been any word from Kate's camp regarding the issue.

Beckinsale portrays a reporter in the forthcoming big screen "Nothing But the Truth" which is slated for theatrical release on January 9, 2009. The story is about a Washington DC reporter who writes a government scandal in which she reveals the name of a covert CIA agent but finding herself behind the prison for refusing to mention her source.

In an exclusive interview with ComingSoon, she admitted there are no difference between actors and reporters. "It was actually really funny, because we're slightly sort of under the "us and them" thing with actors and reporters," she reveals. "It's a little like enemy lines, so I wanted to go and find out how it's all very different from my career and everything, so I went and shadowed some girls at the Los Angeles Times and it was amazingly similar I found.
