As a star,
Demi Lovato feels that she needs to be open to her fans. In doing so, she reveals in January/February 2009 issue of Tiger Beat magazine, which hit the newsstands on December 16, about 4 things, including her movie "Camp Rock", her style secret, her family and fans.
The 16-year-old star says that she will not be as successful as she is if she quit performing completely in "Camp Rock". About the movie, she says, "I decided to take two years off but I missed performing, and that's when I gained the confidence and passion to go back and fight for what I wanted." She also adds, "Now, I'll do a hundred jumping jacks and stretch and do a little workout before the show to get the blood flowing!"
Lovato also understands her fans want to know where she gets her style. Of it, she reveals, "I love to shop at vintage stores." She shares that she loves to go there because of "the messy, long hair, total rock, haven't washed their hair in three days, skinny black jeans boys."
Beside revealing about movie and style, Lovato also talks about her family. She utters, "I've learned to appreciate my family more because they don't tour with me. Each family member plays certain part in my life that I couldn't live without."
The last thing that comes up into Lovato's mind is her fans. Fans mean everything to the actress/singer as she says, "My fans are the best." She tells the magazine about her real experience regarding fans' matter. She states, "Once I was on stage and a fan was crying and singing one of my songs. I had to tell myself not to cry. I just closed my eyes and smiled and kept singing to the girl. That's what a true connection is!"
