Feeling devastated by the burglary, in which she lost some jewelry of family inheritance, Paris Hilton adds her security team to avoid the same case.
Paris Hilton feels devastated by burglary that happened at her L.A home at 5 A.M. on Friday, December 19, in which she lost $2 million worth of jewelry and other belongings. About the shocking case, the heiress of Hilton hotel tells Life and Style, "I cannot believe someone broke into my home. They took items that had such sentimental value that no one will ever be able to replace." However, she also says, "I'm just thankful that I wasn't there when it happened."
An insider gives testimony about the case, saying that "millions of dollars of jewelry was stolen," including "diamonds, necklaces, rings, watches and family heirlooms from her grandmothers." The insider also states the thief was seen on the security tape. Claiming to have seen the tapes, the insider utters, "Paris has surveillance cameras set up in every room." The insider also reveals, "The thief was wearing a black hoody and knew exactly where to go, like he's been there before."
It looks like Paris Hilton doesn't want the burglary to happen again at her home since she adds her security team. The insider states, "Paris has upped her security team to three 24-hour bodyguards, and she has someone on her property at all time." The insider continues adding, "Detectives are doing a huge investigation."
It was reported earlier that a burglar broke into Hilton's home at Sherman Oaks, California. Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Richard French confirmed the robbery, saying that the thief "ransacked her bedroom and took an undisclosed amount of property and fled the scene." Luckily, the beauty was not there at that time. She was seen dancing together with
Katy Perry and gossip blogger Perez Hilton at Bar Delux in Hollywood in early morning.
