Scarlett Johansson's Snotty Tissue Sold for 5,300 Dollars

The bidding of Scarlett Johansson's used tissue has ended and the "Vicky Cristina Barcelona" star has gathered up thousands of dollars for the auction. An anonymous bidder has agreed to pay $5,300 for her snotty tissue, according to OK! Magazine.

The price of Scarlett's used tissue appeared to have already nabbed offers of $4050.00 only hours before the auction closed. But the number began increased over $1,200 in the last minute of the auction. According to eBay, there were 83 bids placed during the course of the auction that began at $.99.

Last week, Scarlett Johansson appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno". During her appearance on the show, the 24-year-old actress complained that she caught a cold from "The Spirit" co-star Samuel L. Jackson. The wife of Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds then blew her nose into a tissue provided by the talk show host Jay Leno.

Since "the cold was the result of the convergence of two big stars" (Scarlett and Samuel), the wife of actor Ryan Reynolds said, it has to have some "value". Therefore, Scarlett decided to sell her used tissue on eBay.
