Leona Lewis Wants to Duet With Coldplay
apparently wants something different for her follow-up to her debut album "Spirit". The British singer reportedly wants to team up with alternative rock group for her second album.

Leona is said to be keen on giving her next album a rockier edge, and she believes the British band could help her. "Leona would love to work with Coldplay and knows lead singer Chris Martin likes her voice," a source says.

The source also reveals that Leona would love to duet with Chris. "She would love to sing a duet with him. If not, maybe he could write a song for her," adds the source. "Chris is open to all kinds of music and isn't at all snobby about what some see as cheesy pop."

Leona Lewis' debut album, "Spirit", was released throughout Europe in 2007. The album became the fastest-selling debut album ever in both the U.K. and Ireland. The record also debuted at number one on the U.S.' Billboard 200 album chart, making the 23-year-old singer the first British solo artist to top the chart with a debut album.
