Rep Denies Cindy Crawford 'Hannah Montana' Ban

Several Web sites recently published a quote in which Cindy Crawford allegedly told the press that she didn't want her daughter, Kaya Jordan Gerber, to watch Miley Cyrus' popular TV series "Hannah Montana". But her representative has denied it, stating the actress "has no issue with the show".

The 42-year-old mom reportedly banned her 7-year-old daughter from watching the hit Disney show because it taught her to be "sassy". "I love Hannah Montana, but [my daughter] learns to be sassy from that show. I'll say to her, 'I don't let anyone talk to me like that. I'll certainly not take it from a 7-year-old in my own house,'" Cindy was quoted as saying.

About this, Cindy's rep insisted that the statement was "untrue". "I don't know where this quote came from. It doesn't sound like Cindy," the rep told MTV. "I just spoke to Cindy, and she said that she is a fan of 'Hannah Montana,' and she has taken her daughter to multiple shows."
