Jonas Brothers share their experience meeting their special big fans, President-elect Barack Obama's daughters. Nick Jonas revealed they met Malia and Sasha Obama at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" backstage.
"We actually met them when we were on [The Ellen DeGeneres Show.] We walked into a room, and they were playing ping pong," the 16-year-old Jonas said. "They didn't know we were there -- they were very excited."
Nick also revealed that the Obama girls beat him at ping-pong. "It was really cool to meet them after hearing that they'd been fans. We played ping-pong. They beat me," he joked. Adding his younger sibling, Joe Jonas explained, "It was a little tough with 25 Secret Service agents!"
Talking about their Inaugural performance on Monday, January 19, Nick said, "It's absolutely an honor to be able to perform. For me, I've always talked about a future in the White House someday, so to be able to go back again should be fun." He furthermore added, "But it really is an honor. What we're doing is all for the children and the families of the military, and we couldn't have been more thrilled to have been asked."
And Jonas Bros plan to sing "Burnin' Up" at the concert, because they know Malia and Sasha are fans of it. "We know Sasha and Malia are fans of 'Burning Up,' so we'll be playing that," revealed Nick. The boys will also perform "just some of the songs that we've released over time, 'Lovebug,' 'Year 3000,' and things like that."
Kevin Jonas, meanwhile, has a few activities in mind. The oldest Jonas Brother told reporters that he wants to hang out at the White House, saying, "I just wanna' hang out at the White House!" The 21-year-old Jonas added, "I know there's a bowling alley. And if I ever got the honor to bowl at the White House...."
