Taking a break on the set of "Hannah Montana", Miley Cyrus and her sister Brandi post a new video for all their fans at MileyWorld, the Miley Cyrus Official Fan Club. The teen sensation talks to MileyWorld about riding her bike, being happy with her body and still loving her ex Nick Jonas.

Miley opens up about her friendship with Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato, saying, "That was really good and we are friends. And so, everyone thinking that there is a big feud between me and the Jo Bros, and Selena, and Demi, actually I'm going over to have meatloaf with Demi tonight after I go work out!" The "Fly on the Wall" songstress also talks about British heavy metal band Iron Maiden.

"I'm sure you all have seen me rocking an Iron Maiden shirt lately and I know there's been some people saying, 'Oh, she's a poser,' and 'The only reason she's wearing Iron Maiden is because she wants to be a rock star,'" Miley says. She continues, "So, Iron Maiden - 'Run To The Hills', 'Fear of the Dark', 'Running Free,' [all] good song(s), check it out. So thank you guys. I actually do run Iron Maiden."

Talking about bike-riding, Miley Cyrus is seen going for a bike ride around Toluca Lake with her mom Tish Cyrus and big sister Brandi on Wednesday, January 21. They stop at a Pilates studio and have dinner at Mo's.
