Chace Crawford Talks Gay Affair With Co-Star Ed Westwick

Chace Crawford wants everything to be clear. In a recent interview with Fabulous magazine, the 23-year-old hunk says there's no gay affair between him and "Gossip Girl" co-star Ed Westwick.

When asked about a gay affair with Ed, Chace responds, "No." The young actor tells the magazine, "It blows my mind that there's some cultural fascination trying to out people. It's hilarious."

Chace also reveals his crush on British actress Kate Beckinsale. "I love the accent. Kate Beckinsale is my favorite Brit, but she's taken! She's got an air of sophistication about her that's so attractive," he says.

The "Gossip Girl" star also dishes on girls, saying, "I don't mind. Brits are more respectful than American girls, who can be really intrusive." Chace adds, "I've had boobs flashed in my face a few times. Another time a girl tried to give me her underwear, but I politely declined."

As for his breakup with country star Carrie Underwood, he explains, "It was mutual. There's a lot more to it than that. The gossip magazines try to compartmentalize it by saying it was as simple as a text message, trust me it wasn't that simple."
