"Ghost Whisperer" star Jennifer Love Hewitt is convinced her late grandmother has spoken to her.

Jennifer Love Hewitt believes in the afterlife. She has revealed her ghostly encounter to Britain's OK! magazine. The 29-year-old beauty is convinced her grandma has spoken to her from beyond the grave.
Jennifer plays a woman who can see and communicate with ghosts in TV show "Ghost Whisperer". Now, she has done it in real life. And it's a chance encounter with producer James Van Praagh, who is also a psychic, that put the actress in touch with her late grandmother.
"We had an evening with James where he kind of did this thing, and my grandmother came through," Jennifer told the magazine. About her meeting with her grandma's ghost, she explained, "She just wanted to say hello and tell me that she was looking out for me. It was really nice."
