The 22-year-old beauty is back in the driver's seat as she is spotted out and about in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday, February 4. Lindsay's reps have reportedly confirmed that the actress has gotten her California driver's license back.
During her recent day out, Lindsay apparently decides to spend the time alone. Her girlfriend Samantha is nowhere to be seen.
