Nick Carter Doesn't Believe in Marriage

His parents' painful divorce has apparently given bad impact to Nick Carter. The older brother of Aaron Carter says he is still haunted by bitter battles of his parents, revealing to People, "There was a ton of fighting."

"The kids would be thrown into the middle, to choose sides," he adds. And this has affected his opinions on marriage. "I don't believe in marriage," says Nick, who is currently dating a salesgirl he met late last year.

But the member of Backstreet Boys still wants to settle down and have children one day. The 29-year-old hunk tells People that he'd love to have his own family "someday, a little ways down the line."
