After suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil, Tameka Raymond is now in a 'stable' condition.

Usher to Access Hollywood on Monday, February 9 morning. The rep then added, "Her husband Usher is with her at the hospital. No further details will be released, and the family requests privacy at this difficult time."
The day before, a source told Access Hollywood that Tameka suffered complications from the surgical cosmetic procedures incident over the weekend. A neurosurgeon, Dr. Gabriel Hunt of LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, was flown to Brazil on the same day to overcome the situation.
Due to the serious illness of his wife, Usher, canceled his performance at Clive Davis 30th anniversary pre-Grammy party in order to fly to Brazil to accompany his wife. Being rushed to be at his wife's side, Usher canceled his performance on Saturday, February 7 night. Therefore,
Josh Groban was invited to replace him at that annual event.
Usher (30) married Tameka (37), his stylist, in August 3, 2007 after announcing their engagement on February 7 of the same year. This couple has two children, Usher Raymond V, who was born in November 2007, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, who was recently born in December 2008.
