A source claimed that the explosive fight between Chris Brown and Rihanna allegedly happened when he got a text message from another young woman.
A source told the New York Daily News that the explosive fight between
Chris Brown and
Rihanna allegedly happened when he received a text message from another young woman. The "Disturbia" songstress was said to be "upset" that Chris got a text from another woman.
"He got a booty call. He got a text. Rihanna saw it and she got upset. They started to argue. She got out of the car. He wanted her to get back in, so he grabbed her," the source said. "She pulled away. That's when she's told people he hit her."
The source also told the NY Daily News that the 19-year-old hunk has been trying to contact Rihanna. But the 20-year-old singer hasn't taken his call so far. "Her family is on their way to be with her. She has some close girlfriend looking after her," added the source.
The source also scoffed at reports claiming the fight erupted after Chris scolded Rihanna for spending time with
Timbaland at a pre-Grammy party. "That's coming out of the Chris Brown camp," the source said. "It's despicable. They're blaming the victim. She's not prone to that kind of behavior. He's the one who's steppin' out."
