Thousands of Rihanna devotees, who are upset with Chris Brown, are expected to take part in the pre-Valentine's Day protest on Friday, February 13.
One day before Valentine's Day, thousands of Rihanna devotees are expected to take part in the pre-Valentine's Day protest. The protest is reportedly arranged by radio station WBLI and the "Umbrella" hitmaker's fan club officials.
The supporters are said to be "upset" with
Chris Brown after he allegedly attacked Rihanna on Sunday, February 8. WBLI operations manager, Nancy Cambino, hopes to turn the Chris Brown protest into a "Shred Your Ex" party, urging anyone in the wrong relationship to dump their partner on the eve of Valentine's Day.
"Valentine's Day should stand for love, so we find it fitting to make the Friday the 13th a day for revenge for those who were unlucky in love," Nancy tells WENN. "Whether you're a Rihanna fan or not, we can all empathise with being with someone who caused love to go wrong." The protest will begin on Friday morning, February 13 outside the radio station's studios in West Babylon, New York.
