AnnaLynne McCord Not Doing 'The Twilight Saga's New Moon'

"90210" star, AnnaLynne McCord, didn't get any role in "The Twilight Saga's New Moon", the new "Twilight" sequel. "I am so disappointed but it doesn't look like it is going to happen with my schedule," she expressed to OK! at the L.A. premiere of "Fired Up" on Thursday, February 19. However, she still hoped for the role, as she added, "But keep your fingers crossed for me. I hope that it still does!"

Previously, McCord was being reported to cast for Heidi, the receptionist to the Volturi vampires in Rome. "[The audition] went really well," she stated after the audition. "We haven't found out yet. I'm just sitting here, crossing the fingers, hoping it'll work out."

"The Twilight Saga's New Moon" is scheduled to be released in U.S. on November 20. The sequel of "Twilight" is also based on the novel written by Stephenie Meyer. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner are promised to revisit their roles as Bella Swan, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black respectively.

McCord's first debut in film industry was marked by her role at "Middle of Nowhere" in 2002. After that, she got the role in several movies such as "The Transporter 2", "Mysterious", "Day of the Dead", and "The Haunting of Molly Hartley". The 21-year-old actress was also involved in the TV show "Nip/Tuck" and "90210".
