Nicky Hilton became a battery victim by a Los Angeles man since she was elbowed in front of IHOP in West Hollywood.
's little sister, Nicky Hilton, made a Los Angeles man arrested for an alleged assault to herself outside the International House of Pancakes (IHOP) in West Hollywood on Saturday morning, February 21. The man, Michael Broadhurst (50), was taken to the West Hollywood station, suspected for a misdemeanor battery charge, and had just been released later in the afternoon. He will be taken to the court on April 21.
L.A. county sheriff spokesman, Steve Whitmore, confirmed to E! News that Nicky was at the front door of the IHOP on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, California around 4:50 A.M. when she was elbowed at the back. "One of our deputies was in the IHOP ... and heard a commotion," Whitmore said. "He went outside to investigate and discovered that Ms. Nicky Hilton was pushed from behind."
Nicky wasn't injured or robbed due to the attack. However, she "was extremely upset", as being reported to Access Hollywood.
