Kim Kardashian recently apologized for the publication of her chimpanzee's pictures on her website that were not posted in the right time.
Kim Kardashian apologized for the untimely publication of Suzy's pictures, the family's new chimpanzee, on her . The pictures were posted on February 20, just a day after 55-year-old Charla Nash was attacked in Connecticut by Travis, Sandra Herold's 200-pound male chimp that often appeared in American TV shows and commercials. "I understand my timing was not appropriate and it was insensitive of me, so I want to explain," Kim confirmed on her website.
Kim explained to her fans that the photos were taken six months ago during the shooting of the third season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and she wanted to publish them just as preview. "In no way did I mean to insult or offend anyone by posting these pictures," she said.
Charla Nash was bitten at her hands and most of her face off by Travis. On Thursday, February 19, Nash endured more than seven hours of surgery by four teams of surgeons while the 14-year-old chimp was shot and killed.
Responding to the chimpanzee's attack, Kim wrote, "What happened to the woman that was attacked by the chimpanzee was devastating." Then, she added, "My mom and I saw it on the news and heard the 911 calls and we both cried! Our family is praying for everyone involved in that traumatizing attack."
