Justin Gaston. The "Hannah Montana" cutie reportedly accused Selena of flirting with her boyfriend as they at Koi restaurant on February 12.
"Miley really blew up after they left the restaurant," an eyewitness tells Star. The eyewitness reveals that Miley "accused Selena of giving Justin sexy eyes and flirting with him!"
