Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies but the arraignment was postponed until April 6.
Chris Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court on Thursday, March 5 to be arraigned on two felony charges stemming from his alleged assault on
Rihanna last month. Wearing an olive-colored three-piece-suit, the 19-year-old singer showed with his attorney Mark Geragos to the downtown L.A. courthouse.
During his trial, Chris reportedly spoke minimally to the Judge. His attorney requested and was a granted a continuance, set for April 6, where the "With You" singer will face two counts of felony battery and making criminal threats.
Appearing on Rihanna's behalf was attorney Donald Etra. When asked by the Judge if the Barbadian singer requested an official order to stop contact between she and Chris, Donald indicated his client "does not want such an order."
Furthermore, Chris was told by the Judge that during the month-long respite he is not to "annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone."
