A year after finalizing their divorce, Travis Barker and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler are planning to wed again. The rocker's near death experience is said to be the inspiration behind their decision to become husband and wife once again.
Shanna revealed to Us Weekly that she and Travis, who ended their marriage in 2006, want to renew their vows. "We would like to renew our vows and have another wedding," she told the magazine.
"It's not so much about the wedding but about having a celebration of each other and getting through all the crazy things we've been through," the former beauty queen explained. "When you almost lose a loved one, it makes you appreciate things you took for granted."
Back in August 2006, Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler were reported to file for divorce. However, in early 2007, the pair confessed that they were reconciliating. Their effort to go back together didn't last long as of July 2007, they once again split.
