admits that she is currently having no money, so she has to sell her 35,000 pound sterling BMW 320 to get some more money to live. The pop babe reckons that her 'temporary bankruptcy' was caused by the credit crunch. "I bought a car last year and that was probably my biggest extravagance. Clothes too, I'm always buying clothes," she tells Mirror.

The "It's Not Me, It's You" singer then later states that she doesn't plan to be broke for long. "I'm completely skint. I can't even spend on credit cards. I mean, I won't be, as I'm waiting until I get the royalties from the album and all the radio plays but that takes about a year," she admits. "The banks will usually front your money in that kind of situation but they are not lending at the moment so it's a tricky time."

Besides, the 23-year-old star is aware that her career in music industry cannot guarantee her life for good so she has planned to build her own cake shop. "I'm really enjoying my life but if it lasts, it lasts, and if it doesn't. I'll find something else. There's always a cake shop. I really like baking," she says.
