Catwoman" star has been named the Sexiest Black Woman Alive in TV One Access' poll, which aired in the U.S. on Sunday, March 8, beating
Tyra Banks,
Alicia Keys and
Jada Pinkett Smith.
Rihanna, Iman and
Janet Jackson were among the Sexiest Black Women Alive. Also on the hot list were actresses Joy Bryant,
Gabrielle Union and
Kerry Washington.
Last year, Halle Berry was also named the Sexiest Woman Alive in the November 2008 issue of men's style magazine Esquire. "I don't know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it," the actress told Esquire. "... Sexiness is a state of mind - a comfortable state of being. It's about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments."
