"Don't Let Me Get Me" singer Pink is involved in the latest ad of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animal (PETA) along with British comedian Ricky Gervais. In the 30-second ad, Pink voices an alligator without its skin, while Gervais plays a rabbit without its fur.
In the commercial, titled "Stolen for Fashion", the computer-generated alligator and rabbit demand their skins back from a couple who comes out from a bash and brings leather handbag made of an alligator skin and a coat made of a rabbit fur. "You can make fantastic clothes without killing animals," Pink said.
The commercial ad was launched at a news conference during Paris Fashion Week on March 9. Pink's pal, Stella McCartney, a designer known for not using animal products in her designs, has also joined forces with PETA for the launch of its latest ad.
