TMZ is reporting that the woman who allegedly triggered the fight between Chris Brown and Rihanna is his manager, Tina Davis. Sources reveal that Tina left a three-page text message on his cell phone.
Tina is rumored to have had a relationship with Brown when the singer was only 16. The detective's affidavit refers to the text message as being "from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with."
Meanwhile, law enforcement tells TMZ that the text message to the 19-year-old hunk talked about hooking up later. And Rihanna apparently found out. The Barbadian singer reportedly slapped and hit him and Brown then brutally fired back.
In other Chris Brown news, E! Online reports that the singer will still be a contender for a 2009 Kids Choice Award, despite having allegedly attacked Rihanna. "The kids who vote will ultimately decide who wins in the category," Nickelodeon said in a statement on Tuesday, March 10.
