"" actress and her former fiance Brian Austin Green have agreed to take a counseling service in order to seek help for their relationship problems, as being confirmed by the couple's friend to In Touch. "In early March, they decided to enter counseling in hopes of staying together," said the pal. "It was a mutual decision. Lots of couples go to therapy together, and they are committed to try and make it work."

Regarding the news about the pair's split, a close friend of the couple insisted that it was untrue. "They didn't break up," the friend told the magazine. "They hit a rough patch. But in every long-term relationship, people go through ups and downs."

In February, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were rumored to have ended their two-year engagement. But the twosome, who began dating since 2004, was still spotted doing their regular routine. The 22-year-old beauty still took Kassius, Brian's 6-year-old son, to school as she normally does and both of them were also snapped holding hands in public. "These two are very much in love and plan to be together for a long time," said a friend.
