Tennis ace Roger Federer will be a first time father as he and his girlfriend Miroslava Vavrinec are expecting their first child this summer.

Roger Federer is over the moon as he will be a father this summer. On , the 27-year-old athlete announced that his girlfriend Miroslava Vavrinec is expecting their first child.
"Mirka and I are excited to let you know that we will be parents this summer!" Roger made the baby announcement on Thursday, March 12. "Mirka is pregnant and we are so happy to be starting a family together."
"This is a dream come true for us," the tennis player declared their happiness. "We love children and we are looking forward to being parents for the first time. Mirka is feeling great and everything is going well."
Roger reportedly will be hoping to get some parenting tips from best friends
Gwen Stefani and
Gavin Rossdale. The musician couple, parents to Kingston and Zuma, cheered him on at last year's Wimbledon championship in England.
