Nicole Richie and Joel Madden May Be Expecting Twins

Nicole Richie has sparked speculation that she and boyfriend Joel Madden are expecting twins. According to a new report, the 27-year-old socialite was recently overheard confirming the news to pals.

A source tells Star magazine, "Nicole said the other day that she's eating for three, and it didn't seem like she was joking." "Nicole is telling friends that she's having twins. She's hoping they're boys. She's so excited," the magazine reports.

Last month, Joel Madden announced Nicole Richie's pregnancy in a post entitled "Better than winning an OSCAR!" at Good Charlotte's official website, "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family." The twin brother of Benji Madden added, "Hope [you're] all feeling as good as i am right now."
