Lindsay Lohan hasn't involved in other films since she last appeared in 2007's thriller flick "I Know Who Killed Me", so she is currently trying to get a new job. "It's scary when you realize, 'Oh my God, I'm not working. And I have a house to pay for now,'" she says in Nylon's April edition. "And there's been some things I've really wanted to do."
The 22-year-old beauty actually dreams of starring in the upcoming movie "Alice in Wonderland", which is directed by. "Like the one movie I've wanted to do for so long is Alice in Wonderland," she reveals. "But, um, that didn't work out...it is what it is."
"[Producers said] 'You're not right for the part, and that's it.' That's how I like to hear it...I can take it, I'm a big girl. Obviously, you don't want me. I don't want to do something that somebody doesn't want me to be involved in anyway," she continues. Trying to get her next movie projects, the young star admits to have spoken to Oscar-winning actor Sean Penn, telling , "One is Sean Penn -- I spoke to him the other day. We're trying to get Seth Rogen for this project, but Seth won't call us back. So call us back, Seth, if you're reading this!"
In related news, Lindsay Lohan admits that she stops blogging about her personal life, particularly her romance with 31-year-old deejay Samantha Ronson. "I think I just got carried away," she states. "Like writing about my relationships...I didn't need to do that, because we weren't broken up and that was silly. And then if that happens again, they expect me to say, 'No,' again, you know. And I get afraid of that."
