Lady GaGa Gives Up Her Relationship With a Man for Music

'It broke my heart but also made me realize music is my first love,' says Lady GaGa explaining she has broken up with her previous beau for music career.

Lady GaGa has given up on the idea of getting married as she wants to focus on her career in music industry instead of dating any man. The "Poker Face" singer admitted that she ended her previous relationship because her ex-beau expected her to be a housewife.

"I've only ever really been in love once. He didn't want me to do this job. He wanted me to stay at home, so I left," she told News of the World. Also, the 23-year-old star revealed music is her first love. "It broke my heart but also made me realize music is my first love," she continued. "My music's never going to roll over in bed one morning and tell me it doesn't love me anymore. I have a problem with rejection."

Lady GaGa, whose real name is Stefania Gabriella Germanotta, recently admitted that she had no interest in love. "You can't have love and success. But that doesn't bother me because I don't want love, I want my music," she said. "I don't give a f**k about love. I'm married to my art! You can only marry one man, so I'm married to my art."

The "Just Dance" hitmaker also confessed that she has rejected any male admirers who tried to flirt with her. "I don't give them a chance to even try a chat-up line," GaGa admitted. "I give them a good, firm, 'No!' before they even speak. I find that does the trick every time."
