Splitting from John Mayer, Jennifer Aniston has promised to herself that she will never tie the knot again, a source tells OK! Magazine. Jenn, who is currently in N.Y.C. for the filming of her new flick "The Baster", admits that there is no man who can replace the position of her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

"Ever since Jen and Brad split, she has tried desperately to find another man who would win her heart and be the husband she's always dreamed of," the source says. "But she now realizes that Brad's shoes are impossible to fill."

After ending her marriage with Pitt in 2005, the 40-year-old beauty has been romantically linked to her co-star in movie "The Break-Up" Vince Vaughn, British model Paul Sculfor, and lately with rocker John. Unfortunately, all of her relationships didn't last long. "Jen put so much of herself into those relationships," the source continues, "only to have all three end in heartbreak".

Although she has promised to never get married again, she still expects to have children in the future. "More than anything, Jen wants to be a mom," the source reveals about Jenn's interest in motherhood. "She has dreamed of having a child ever since she was a little girl, and the fact that she may not have a partner isn't going to stop her from realizing that dream."
