Paris Hilton is said to be less than impressed when Doug Reinhardt gets down on one knee and asks for her hand in marriage.

Paris Hilton isn't ready to walk down the aisle with her new boyfriend Doug Reinhardt. The socialite is said to be less than impressed when her beau got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage.
Doug reportedly proposed to Paris during a dinner party with her parents, Kathy and Rick, at The Ivy Restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday, March 24. Hours before the dinner, he wrote on his Twitter page, "I'm about to do something very exciting and life-changing. I'll announce what happens later."
Despite the lavish Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring, Paris reportedly shut the ring box and said she would need time to consider the offer. A few hours later, the couple were photographed leaving the restaurant together. Onlookers said Doug looked "devastated."
Recently Paris Hilton flies to Miami with Doug Reinhardt. The twosome are spotted spending an afternoon shopping the luxury boutiques in Miami Beach on Thursday, March 26.
