Postponing her wedding plan for five months due to the tragic murders of three of her family members, "American Idol" season 3 finalist Jennifer Hudson is moving forward with preparations to get hitched with David Otunga. She has set a date for her nuptials, but keeps it as a secret. "Yeah, but it's a secret," she tells Ryan Seacrest. "I can't tell anybody."

Jennifer Hudson got engaged to David Otunga on September 12, 2008. Last month, National Enquirer reported that the 27-year-old songstress was ready to marry her fiance. "It's going to be real soon. Some people think Valentine's Day. They're head over heels in love," a source told the media at that time. "She has gone through the worst nightmare of her life and she's finally coming out of it. Everyone is thrilled Jennifer is finally able to move forward again".

In related news, Hudson has pre-taped a performance for the future episode of "American Idol" because she will go on tour with Robin Thicke to promote her self-titled debut album next week. The Grammy winner tells Ryan Seacrest that she feels great to be back on the idol stage.
