Several of Kellan's pictures which have been all over the web show him flaunting his six-pack stomach. He is photographed displaying quite serious faces on the snaps.
In a recent interview with
Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Kellan Lutz revealed the secret to his muscled body. "I love to swim. I have a pool in my backyard," he told Ryan who asked him how he got his "eight-pack" tummy.
In the same interview, Kellan also revealed his love for candy, admitting "I have a candy drawer and I'm terrible with it. Gummy bears, gummy worms, chocolate, everything. I eat so much."
