Holding her new black puppy in her left arm, Miley Cyrus was all smile to the cameras when she was leaving Patys in Toluca Lake, California on Friday afternoon, April 3. The 16-year-old cutie, who was wearing a white lace dress, was accompanied by beau Justin Gaston and her mother/manager Leticia "Tish" Cyrus.

In another Miley Cyrus news, she recently admitted that the transition of herself from a "tween Disney star to a teen movie actress" will be very challenging. "Growing up is important, and I've got to do that gracefully, but also keep myself at a good pace," she told People.

Commenting on her new big screen flick "Hannah Montana: The Movie", which was premiered at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday, April 2, Miley said she makes the movie as "a good first step" in the film industry. "It's allowing the fans to continue to stay with me and not go too far to soon, but also be able to do something that I really love, and that's film," she testified.

Besides, she hoped that people will love her film. "I think after people see the movie, they'll see it's really what I love," she said. "It's my main passion."
