Sexy supermodel Heidi Klum reportedly is pregnant with her 4th child. "It looks like Heidi is four months pregnant," a source tells In Touch Weekly, describing about the change of Heidi's body. "Sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down!"
Additionally, the source also claims that Heidi and her hubby Seal will announce the pregnancy news soon. "She plans to announce her pregnancy when she wears the dress [from the leaked photos] to the event," the source adds.
Heidi Klum and musician Seal tied the knot on May 10, 2005. The couple has 2 sons, 3-year-old Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel and 2-year-old Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel. Besides, Heidi also has 4-year-old daughter Leni Klum from her relationship with ex-beau Flavio Briatore.
Most recently, Heidi Klum was spotted taking her three kids to FAO Schwarz to buy them some toys. Holding Johan on her right arm, the "Project Runway" host seemed very happy spending time with her kids.
