Shooting down rumors of her rekindling love with ex-beau Justin Long, Drew Barrymore told Us Magazine at the Los Angeles premiere of her new flick "Grey Gardens" on Thursday, April 16 that she currently is single. "I love it! It's great!" she said. "I get to be who I am and do what I want and be with the people I love. I feel like I have everything, and I'm very fortunate, and it's a very rich, fulfilling time in my life."
The next day, she stated at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that she and Justin are only "good friends" as both of them will be involved in the production of the same movie "Going the Distance" later this year.
"We're doing a film this summer," she testified. "I guess people find it a little confusing. I totally understand. It seems like, 'What is the deal with them?' But we just adore each other. We're in each other's lives, and we're friends, and we're working together, and we have worked together."
Additionally, Drew hoped Justin will find "fantastic people because he's a great guy, and he deserves the most happiness." As for the 34-year-old actress, she revealed that she wants to focus on her career. "And, for me, I am still just not ready for anything," she stated.
"I've spent two years really with a very different life than I've had before. My priorities have changed," she explained. "I directed a film. I did this drama [Grey Gardens]. It was something I've never done anything like...and I don't know how to maintain a relationship to be honest, while I'm doing all of that."
Drew Barrymore was romantically linked to Justin Long in September 2007 after starring together in movie "He's Just Not That Into You". Unfortunately, the twosome split in 2008. Last month, the couple was said rekindling their love as they were spotted walking into Hollywood hotspot Bar Marmont and spending hours in full PDA.
