Spencer Pratt will make their marriage official this weekend. The couple will get hitched in a sunset wedding service at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, California on Saturday, April 25.
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt first wed in a secret ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on November 20, 2008. At that time, Spencer told his bride at the altar, "Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you."
"You are the light in my life like the sun to the earth! Your loving warmth makes me want to be a better person," he continued. "Being with you, I feel complete. I'm honored to even be able to call you my wife. You are the most amazing, loving and caring woman on this planet. I will love you forever and always." Feeling touched by his words, Heidi told Us Magazine, "The minute we said our vows, I couldn't stop crying."
After the first wedding ceremony, the couple planned to make their marriage official by going to Beverly Hills courthouse. But, Spencer changed his mind saying that Heidi always dreams of a traditional and simple wedding bash with their families and friends.
"I just want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years," Spencer told Heidi on "The Hills" season 4 finale last December. "I'll deal with it. It's worth it to be with you the rest of my life. We'll do it the way you want, I'm sorry, I love you so much."
