Ben Holz, the guy who was romantically linked to Lindsay Lohan, confirms that there is no special relationship between him and the 22-year-old actress. "We have a mutual friend, Woody Harrelson, who lives here on the island - he asked me to show her around," he writes on an e-mail to Radar Online.
The 36-year-old entrepreneur also emphasizes that there is nothing romantic happens between him and the "Mean Girls" star. "Lindsay and I are JUST FRIENDS," he continues.
Most recently, Lindsay Lohan was rumored dating Ben Holz, a computer nerd, as they were photographed getting cozy on a beach in Maui, Hawaii. Asked about his relationship with her at that time, the owner of Web-based tech company PeekEez.com simply answered, "I'd prefer not to say anything about the situation."
Lindsay jetted off to Hawaii for holiday being accompanied by her sister Ali Lohan and some friends. She was snapped doing some sunbathing and hanging out around the town. She was believed to be trying to escape from stresses and pressures after splitting from lesbian girlfriend Samantha Ronson earlier this month.
