Hugh Jackman is reportedly planning for another adoption after his multi-racial children, Oscar and Ava.
is reportedly planning to adopt another child. "Hugh is a big believer in adoption - not just personally, but from a world view of extending help to parentless children," a source informed the National Enquirer. "They are adopting another child now, and plan to welcome a fourth into their family down the road. It has become their mission," the source further added.
Previously, the Australian actor who has been married to Deborra-Lee Furness for 13 years, has already adopted 2 multi-racial children, Oscar, 8, and Ava, 3. At that time, the star of "
X-Men Origins: Wolverine" was determined not to have more children considering their high traveling frequency.
Talking about their adopted multi-racial children, Hugh and Deborra were convinced they made the right decision to adopt the children. "Mixed-race babies have such a hard time being adopted that Deb and I checked off that box specifically when we were filling out our forms," the 40-year-old actor said. He continued, "Our lawyer brought the form back to us and said, 'This is not the time to be politically correct. Are you sure this is what you want?' We were definite about it. Adoption is about taking a baby into your home and your heart. It's the best thing we've ever done."
