Jordan has agreed to Peter Andre's request for divorce in six weeks, citing her 'unreasonable behavior' as the reason behind the separation.
Jordan, a.k.a. Katie Price seems to have given up her marriage with Peter Andre. After she repeatedly pled to her estranged husband to give their marriage another shot, it has been informed that the model has agreed to give him a quickie divorce. It means they will ask the court to speed up proceedings for their separation, making it final in just six weeks rather than the usual six months.
A source close to Jordan told News Of The World, "This has been a landmark couple of days for Katie. It's sad, but she's given up the fight." The actress' pal continued, "She now accepts she's never getting Peter back and is ready to move on with her life. It hasn't been easy but she knows it's necessary to enable her to eventually get on with things."
The insider added, "The last five days have completely changed her frame of mind. She's gone from REFUSING to consider the possibility of divorce to AGREEING it's a necessity."
Jordan and Peter have had meeting with lawyers to further proceed the legal action, following his request for high-speed divorce. The Australian pop singer is expected to file for divorce immediately, citing Jordan's "unreasonable behavior" as justification for the split.
