It has been confirmed that Miley Cyrus has signed a deal to appear in the fourth season of 'Hannah Montana' TV series which will begin its production in early 2010.
is going to return for fourth season of "Hannah Montana". The Disney Channel announced on Monday, June 1, that the lead star, Miley, has signed a deal to reprise her role as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana in the new season of the series.
The deal between Miley and Disney Channel states that the teen actress will get a long break to work on the feature "
The Last Song". Meanwhile, the production of the fourth season of "Hannah Montana" is planned to begin in early 2010.
The Disney Channel Worldwide president, Gary Marsh, stated the next season of the series will change its settings "that will provide the catalyst for wonderful new characters and further expand the storytelling opportunities." The change will include Hannah and her family moving from their beachfront Malibu home.
Previously, there were questions about whether Miley would return to the series that raised her name. But the Disney star had shown her intention to do another season for the TV series, saying in March, "I would love to do another [TV] season. That would be what we would all agree on."
