A pal of Christina Ricci and Owen Benjamin confirms that the couple has ended their engagement.

Christina Ricci has decided to end her engagement to comedian fiance Owen Benjamin. A pal of the couple confirms to Us Magazine that the twosome remains friends even though they are not together again. "They remain good friends and are still talking a lot," the friend says.
Christina Ricci first met Owen Benjamin on the set of their flick "
All's Faire in Love" in 2008. Both of them officially announced their relationship in October the same year. Three months ago, a representative for the 29-year-old beauty told People that the pair got engaged.
Before dating Benjamin, Christina went on a date with actor Adam Goldberg for three years. At that time, she confirmed that she was ready to marry Adam, saying " I just want to be married, or just engaged. Basically, I just want a ring."
