Though he currently is very famous and has many female fans, British actor Robert Pattinson admits that he doesn't consider himself as a kind of an attractive guy. "I really don't feel I am one," he says when talking about his heartthrob status.
Commented on his role as hunk Edward Cullen on "Twilight" and "The Twilight Saga's New Moon", Pattinson states, "I'm so surprised things have actually worked out the way they have." Then, he continues, "I am just thinking the whole time: 'I don't really have the right personality to fit into that kind of role.'"
"I'm not really afraid of it though because I don't really know how to play up that aspect of it," the 23-year-old star explains further. "I don't know if I could ever really be cast in a heartthrob role really - apart from 'Twilight', which I didn't really know was a heartthrob role. I really don't feel I am one."
Recently, Robert Pattinson revealed that he was still trying to settle into his fame, insisting he used to look like a girl at an early age. "I always looked like a girl up until a few years ago," he testified. "And I never did any sport, so I was always the kind of gangly guy."
