Confirmed, Shia LaBeouf to Star in 'Money Never Sleeps'

has signed a deal to star in "Money Never Sleeps", a sequel of "Wall Street". The actor has confirmed it himself that he will star in the movie which is directed by Oliver Stone.

In the movie, Shia will appear alongside Michael Douglas, who won an Academy Award for his role in the original 1987 film. The "" star explained the film will be "a walk and talk money movie" that's "wordy and heady."

Shia admitted that he has no idea about the details of financial world, thus he will consider starring in the movie like taking a college course in finance. "I don't know what ... a credit derivative is," he confessed, before adding "I have no idea. I don't know what a CPO is. IPB. LVC. You gotta know ticker names."

Previously, in April, Michael Douglas said that due to current economic crisis, it was even more timely to make "Money Never Sleeps". "It will be really fun, and it's a perfect time," he claimed. Another actor set to play in the movie, which will begin its first shot in August, is Academy-Award nominee, Javier Bardem.
