Aside from his personal life, Adam Lambert has signed a recording contract with 19 Entertainment/RCA Recordings.
It is confirmed that "American Idol" 8th season's runner-up
Adam Lambert has signed a record deal with 19 Entertainment/RCA Recordings. His studio album is scheduled to be released in the fall.
Talking about his upcoming album, the 27-year-old singer says, "I'm thrilled that we've come to a creative and collaborative partnership and look forward to developing a really exciting album." Then, he continues explaining "We are 100 percent on the same page and are all anxiously awaiting the start of the recordings. It's going to be ridiculous! Get ready!"
As of late, Adam Lambert's fellow contestant in "American Idol",
Kris Allen, has also officially signed a recording contract with 19 Recordings via Jive Records. "I felt like I did exactly what I wanted to do on the show that I would want to do on a record," the Arkansas singer gushed about the not-yet-titled CD. "When I went on the show and did 'Ain't No Sunshine,' I felt that was the kind of stuff that I wanted to do - stuff that kind of moves people and has that feeling."
