Having single with the same title with that of Kanye West's, Jonas Brothers consider to mix their 'Paranoid' with the rapper's.
Although
Jonas Brothers and
Kanye West have different genre in music, there is one thing they have in common. The R&B singer just released his video for "Paranoid" which is apparently the same title of Jonas Brothers' first single in their new album "Lines, Vines and Trying Times". That fact made the boys considered to mix both "Paranoid" songs.
In an interview with MTV on Tuesday, June 16,
Nick Jonas said, "We want to do a mash-up of (both 'Paranoid' songs). So, if (Kanye)'s watching, I think it'd be awesome!"
Kevin Jonas added, "Some guy heard (Kanye) did the song and wanted to download it and heard (our version) and never heard of the Jonas Brothers before." Kanye's "Paranoid" track hit airwaves in January this year while Jonas Brothers' single was released in United States in May 2009.
In another news, Jonas Brothers talked about the already existing collaborations on their latest album. "For us, we've never done collaborations with anyone, other than (our bodyguard) Big Rob, we've never done collaborations with real artists on our record, so this time around, we have some pretty awesome people," Kevin told MTV.
